Alpha Grill BBQ | Our Story

Built on smoke, fire, and family

Alpha Grill BBQ started with a backyard smoker and an obsession with getting it right. It grew into one of Tulsa's most loved spots — and the food still tastes like it.

The backyard

Chef Alpha didn't open a restaurant — he just couldn't stop smoking meat. A backyard obsession with fire, patience, and perfecting his rubs turned into a calling he couldn't walk away from.
The truck

The truck

Before the dining room, there was the red-and-black food truck — hitting festivals and parking lots across Tulsa. A loyal following called the PAC formed around it, showing up again and again for the food.
South Lewis Ave

South Lewis Ave

The brick-and-mortar on South Lewis Ave became a permanent home for food that had already earned a devoted crowd. People drive in from Broken Arrow, Owasso, and beyond — because it's worth it.
The QCQ standard

Quality, Customer Service, Quantity — the three-word philosophy behind every plate. Meats smoked low and slow, generous portions, and prices that never ask you to choose between eating well and eating often.

Regulars know the staff by name — Miss Tay has become a Tulsa legend in her own right. Chef Alpha says it best: "I hope you can taste the dedication in every bite."
